Chiropractic

Our mission is to guide people to the realization that life and healing come from within, and ultimately that the maintenance of health is superior to the treatment of disease.

Chiropractic philosophy, art and science are well balanced at Pollack Chiropractic Center. Dr. Pollack is proud of his chiropractic roots from Life Chiropractic College and Dr. Sid Williams.

Our Staff has a passion for Chiropractic. We teach it, live it and practice it ourselves. Everyone on staff and their families are under chiropractic care.

The greatest criticism we receive is that we love our patients too much. We offer a variety of techniques including low force cranial work, activator, S.O.T. drop table and more. We also believe in a sound hands-on chiropractic approach. We also practice Diversified Gonstead, and Pierce adjusting. Our philosophy is that we will do whatever it takes to correct your vertebral subluxation. Our goal is to adjust you as specifically and gentle as possible.

Applied Kinesiology

Dr. Pollack has been utilizing Applied Kinesiology since 1981 successfully with patients. Applied Kinesiology (AK) is the utilization of muscle testing to determine areas of malfunction in the body.  By understanding the functions of various reflex points, organ systems, lymphatic channels, blood supply and of course nerve activity we can use the patient themselves as a very accurate diagnostic tool to determine interferences. Besides determining sources of dysfunction, the AK techniques can be utilized to correct the cause of these abhorrent functions. Along with the chiropractic adjustment, AK is an adjunctive procedure that attracts many pediatric and athletic injury type patients to our practice.

Nutritional Support

The relationship of diet and nutrition to our patients' health care is vital. We offer advice and counseling on supplementation and nutritional support to assist each patient's condition as needed.  Dr. Pollack has trained hundreds of patients in the Low Carb Diet and nutrition lifestyle.

Pediatrics

Dr. Pollack is a founding member of both the I.C.P.A. (International Chiropractic Pediatric Association) and CCP (Council of Chiropractic Pediatrics). He was one of the first 100 certified Chiropractic Pediatric doctors in the U.S. He has been published for his work with newborns and pregnant women.  He lectures to many pediatric and pregnancy support groups. Dr. Pollack has two boys of his own and coaches both Basketball and Baseball in the local little league. Many pediatric conditions are referred to our office including; asthma, allergies, ADHD, athletic injuries, birth trauma, colic and many more.

X-Ray

Our facility has its own radiology department. We utilize safety and modern professional techniques to reduce exposure and produce quality films with quick automatic processing and developing.
