CHIROPRACTIC IS A FAMLY AFFAIR
Q:
I recently met a friend of mine who told me she takes her entire family to thechiropractor. Originally, I knew she was going because of headaches and sinus
conditions, which she said, were totally better. My question is how can
chiropractic be important to all members of the family?
It is a misconception that you must have pain to have a need for a chiropractor. Chiropractors can detect vertebral subluxations prior to a pain response as a preventative measure. Many patients have masked their conditions with drugs or been in denial of their pain for so long they can’t even decipher its origin, even if it is a problem. Although vertebral subluxations often cause pain, there are many times they don’t. This means that you or a member of you family could be subluxated and not even know it! That’s why chiropractic adjustments can benefit the entire family, from grandchildren to grandparents. At all stages of life, we each need our full natural flow of nerve energy (our "life force") to maintain optimum health and be free from pain, illness and disease.
Newborns get adjusted, too, because birth trauma and the delivery can cause a child’s first subluxation even in a healthy natural childbirth. Children in general, respond exceptionally to gentle chiropractic care because their conditions haven’t been as patterned and buried for as long as most adults.
There’s nothing that can stress a family more then ill health and disease. When on family member is not well, it affects the whole family. That’s why we encourage our patients to make chiropractic care a family affair.
Chiropractic is based on the principal that our natural state of health and well being is maintained by an "innate intelligence" flowing throughout nerves to all parts of our body. Chiropractic simply helps to keep this miraculous life force flowing freely by correcting "vertebral subluxations" (spinal misalignments) that interfere with vital verve energy impulses. Chiropractic is the world’s leading natural care profession. Why don’t you make your family a chiropractic family?
